Our stay here was lovely, perfect place for exploring Sutton-on-Sea. It had a heating system, ironing facilities and a writing table in the rooms, appreciated that. Host was great!

Family-friendly place, free parking, loyal staff. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Seabreeze that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Perfect base for 4 nights. Deluxe hotel, excellent food, friendly staff. There is an electric kettle and kitchenware in the room. The owner upon arrival was helpful.
